PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
 Our new modern 33,000 square foot production facility in Lakeville,
Minnesota, houses some of the most advanced equipment in the industry.
Our experienced technical staff have the know-how to design, formulate,
and fabricate vinyl plastisol coatings and moldings for a vast range
of industrial and consumer parts and products in a variety of sizes.
With a production capability of processing 100,000 items in one
run, Aztec engineers will determine the best coating and molding
for a diverse range of small and large scale products including
hand tools, utensils, industrial machinery, sports and recreational
gear, automotive and electrical supplies, kitchen appliances, telecommunications
and medical equipment.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends far beyond the actual
application process. We work closely with customers helping them
identify and prioritize their needs in order to provide them with
best possible solutions at competitive prices. Sometimes this involves
doing sample test runs for a minimal price before undertaking production
