FLUIDIZED
BED POWDER COATING
 Our fluidized bed plastisol coating process is best suited to covering
wire forms, irregular shaped parts, sheet metal and stampings that
require a thinner, more uniform coat of PVC. Like dip coating, this
process also insulates and protects the product. Thickness ranges
from .007” to .015”. This coating is UV and corrosion
resistant. A wide variety of color, texture, and durometers are
available. As
